At Aussie Services, customer service is the driving force. Andrew Khoury started his electrical apprenticeship in 2004 and had always wanted to own his own business. However, he knew some solid experience behind him was an essential first step. After 5 years of working for someone else he felt ready to take the plunge and start his own business.
In 2009 he founded Aussie Electrical and Plumbing Services (AEP) with the express purpose of creating a business in this space that was genuinely customer focused. Many companies talk about customer service but AEP lived and breathed it. So strong was the commitment that they developed their AEP Customer Care Program offering members a range of great services.
