Summary:
Our brains are wired to keep us safe and comfortable, which can lead to self-sabotage when we try to grow. We have three growth zones: comfort, growth, and stress. Self-sabotage occurs when we try to skip the growth zone and go straight to the stress zone. It's important to challenge our limiting beliefs and create a new story that aligns with our desired outcomes. By focusing on who we want to become and practicing the thinking of that person, we can create the results we want.
