  • Negative thought enters > awareness > acknowledge thought in perspective of Truth = reframe
  • I'm never enough > I am enough. God says He knit me with a purpose. He is enough.
  • I'm bad with money > I'm always learning. I have good practices in place that make me a better steward of what I have.
  • I'm terrible at this > I'm learning and growing and I get better every time.
