A lot of women over the age of 35, 45, 50 and beyond, are in hormonal hell. They’re struggling with peri menopause and menopause and don’t know where to start or who to turn to. Perhaps they go to their local GP who fobs them off with, “Good luck, it is what it is", or worse yet, get handed the birth control pill and sent off on their merry way.
