Welcome to The Chair Project!
We’re setting out to create a living archive of stories about community, identity and tradition - old and new. An old kitchen chair, set in iconic, meaningful and beautiful locations, is our vehicle - a catalyst for honest, inspiring, open conversations. We’re aiming for a fresh episode every month, featuring people from all walks of life with stories big and small.
We’re starting in Cornwall, our home. Anyone is welcome to take a seat in the chair, from those whose families go back generations to those who have recently washed up here and embraced this place.
Make sure you check out @the.chair.project on Instagram to watch the short film that accompanies each episode and to follow along as the project evolves!
