Ok, so we all love wine, or we are on our way to that glorious destination. Many of use love pouring, swirling, sniffing, studying, eventually sipping, then ruminating…over a glass of wine. It’s a heck of a process. As I was embarking on my wine journey, every once and a while I would stop, stare into the wine and ponder… just how did we all get here? More narrowly for our purposes, where did the wine come from? How did some grapes in a vineyard undergo such a marvellous transformation? So I’ve set out on a quest to solve this mystery. I’ve gone out and found a wine maker to join me in the cellar door, who will take me and you on a journey through the wine making process, from vineyard to bottle. One of my favourites, Australian wine maker Andrew Koerner is back in the Cellar Door to do what he does so very well… to share his passion for wine. A massive thanks to Andrew for joining me… again.
