After working as a winemaker at some of Australia's biggest wineries Chris launched his side hustle, Coulter Wines, focussing on wines made with minimal intervention but with maximum attention. The public approved and in a big way. Chris joins me in the lounge room to discuss his wine story, his passion for wine and philosophy that drives him.
