Ep55 - Ollie Phillips - Eng7s Captain, 4x World Record Holder, Business Owner, and all round good bloke!

Loved this chat, recorded over 2 sessions. Only known Ollie a short while, but his mindset and outlook is infectious. He's taken a lot of what he knew into a successful business career, but also had the character to know that a lot of what he thought made him a good captain/player, didn't always work in the real world either. 

His career both on and off the pitch has been brilliant, and his charity work continues to be record breaking - There's lessons in this that we can all use in various parts of our lives, and I love his competition with a certain Jonny Wilkinson!
