Ep45 - Sam Cross - Ospreys, Wales, Olympic 7s, and an advocate of not being offended so easily!

Loved catching up with Sam - Says it how it is, no bullshit, and a funny bloke. Ospreys, Olympic Silver medalist, over 100 Wales 7s tournaments including a stint of being captain, and a few Wales caps - Sam has had a whirlwind career so far, with many highs and lows. 

Great to see his personality come through, a passion for not only being the best player he can be, but also keeping his feet on the ground when things have gone well. This coupled with taking the losses in his stride too, means his outlook on life is pretty good.
