In this week’s episode of The Pain Changer, I chat with Kathy White, a yoga teacher who has developed a program to help people with joint pain.

Kathy and I chatted about her journey that led her to yoga and how its benefited not only her, but her students as well.

In this episode, you will:

  • Learn why and how yoga can help lower physical pain
  • Learn how yoga can help you release the emotions that are attached to your physical pain
  • Learn about a different type of yoga called Kaiut
  • Learn how Kathy’s joint renewal program has helped many people develop stronger and more flexible joints
  • Get information about Kathy’s online joint renewal program!

Resources:

Kathy White developed her Joint Renewal System(TM) when she turned 50, and despite teaching yoga for over 20 years, she was starting to feel chronic pain in her joints. Menopausal symptoms were raging, and she was not gaining any benefit from her yoga practice anymore.  She retrained in the Kaiut method and has now refined it into her Joint Renewal System which is yoga for active men and women over 50 who want to keep on doing the sports and activities they love.  Kathy offers a unique and mindful approach to body and mind to rejuvenate the body, and calm the nervous system to allow the whole system to restore from pain, trauma, and injury.
