Sam Smith- one of the only female CEOs of a city stock broking firm FinnCap

I was so excited to speak to Sam especially after the news that she was going to be stepping down as Group CEO of FinnCap Group, a company she had started up and led for 24 years. I wanted to learn how she got there, what made her make the decisions she did, how she had found the transition from leading a division to becoming CEO. There have been ups and downs and she has learned a lot from her already impressive career. I also wanted to find out what was next for Sam, she is championing so much for younger people and less fortunate to be able to have opportunities and now the world is her oyster.
