In this episode, we meet Rachael Smith. Rachael and I were colleagues at Fuse where she headed up the brand partnerships team. Rachael was always very entrepreneurial and commercial and I was interested to see where this had taken her after she left in 2019 to work at EasyJet. We hear about her decision to go to university, how she then ended up at Fuse and then onto EasyJet just before Covid 19 hit and now what her role is at 777 Partners and how she is navigating working in a male dominated industry.
