Kathryn Meadows discusses her career in the food and meat industry. Kathryn talks about started her career in the corporate world thinking that this was the path she wanted to follow and then making a decision 10 years ago to go back to the family butchers and eventually take over from her dad. Very interesting to learn about a completely different industry, what it's like to be a woman in a male dominated industry and also what it's like to have your Dad as your boss and eventually taking over the business.
