How much time each day do you spend thinking about food? For a lot of people, it's a LOT! So much mental and emotional energy can go toward thinking about food. It can be draining, exhausting and frustrating especially if you are an emotional eater.  In this episode, I share three ways to stop thinking about food less which not only helped me in my journey, but are tools that I use every day with my clients.
