On this epsidoe of the The Captains’ Coach Podcast Luke interviews Coach Joe Alberici. Coach Alberici is entering his 14th season as the head coach for the Army West Point Men’s Lacrosse Program. Before becoming the head coach, Coach Alberici was an assistant coach at West Point and Duke University under Mike Pressler. He was a three year Captain at Alfred University and hold six different scoring records for the Saxons. In today’s episode Coach Alberici discusses his experiences as a Captain at Alfred, his time at West Point and lessons he has learned over the years there, and his conceptual ideas and theories on leadership and team cohesion.
