In Episode 13, Mike, Nate, and special guest Nathan Doyle discuss Chapter 15 of the IT Survival Guide.  Chapter 15 covers Governance, and implementing good governance in your first year as a new IT Leader can be very difficult without consideration for all of the critical areas in which governance plays a part.  We do our best to break it down for you.
