Join us as we discuss our personal meditation experiences with Dr. Laura Smallwood. We share what first drew us to meditation as well as what has kept us practicing. Additionally, we discuss the personal benefits we have observed as well as periods when our practice has been less consistent, or we managed to "fall off the cushion". We also explore potential benefits of going on retreat, the importance of community, and whether meditation becomes habit or requires ongoing planning.
