Meet Chris Woodrey, owner of Xcel Calibration & Diagnostics who provide automotive safety systems repair and calibration services in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky.   

He started the business in 2021 after years of working in automotive repair and diagnostics.  While most of their business is completed via their mobile services, where they go to a large repair shop to perform their diagnostic & calibration services on cars under repair, they have recently opened their first brick and mortar location in West Chester.   

While still wearing many hats as the owner, Chris has built the team from 3 to 12 technicians while also expanding their market footprint.  This is a naturally growing market as the government mandates advanced safety features on more car.  They have a lot of potential growth ahead as they learn keys to effective scaling.   

His key to success has been to take great care of the technicians and they will then take wonderful care of customers.
