Rick describes growing up in a wholesale career, working in the corporate world and transitioning to become a business owner, using his transferable skills, teaching and training others with 22 years in the industry to grow something unique. His advice; don’t be scared to take risks and be willing to learn and grow along the way. Invest in hard work, plan your growth and let your revenues catch up to support and sustain that growth. Today they are embracing the challenge of retail and the consumer’s disposable income to find the opportunity to create and meet the demand based on what the consumer wants.
