Dr Haidar Al-Hakim is former Chief Medical Officer (CMO), a Psychoanalyst, Ophthalmologist, Author and Podcast host. Haidar describes himself as an intuitive that has a passion for science, soul and spirit within people to help them.
This is a very interesting and slightly different episode for you today. Haidar joins me to talk about people – how he works with them to discover what makes them tick and helps to stop them suffering. He talks about the importance of sleep and how dreams help to unsurface our unconscious. He shares his thoughts on the importance of ego, but not power, and the importance of not getting caught up in material things. And he talks about how he found himself in situations where he felt he was going against the grain.
“The more you serve yourself, the better you are at serving other people. You have to know what increases your life force and increases your battery.” Dr Haidar Al-Hakim
