Cathy Hazen began her professional career in Automotive Sales and entered Orthodontics as a TC in 2009. She is currently the Operations Director for Petrous Orthodontics. With her background in sales and management, she has worked out effective and practical ways to increase case acceptance by exceeding expectations with “Little Wows” throughout the entire practice. Her superpower is Exceptional Customer Service.

In 2011, Cathy created 3 Leaf Consulting and continuously asked Align Technology to travel throughout North America, sharing her story and success of growing multiple practices utilizing Invisalign. She’s a proud mom to Noah, her 21-year-old son studying History and Middle Eastern studies. Cathy is incredibly proud that her son’s goal is to serve others through federal law enforcement.
