They talk about his struggles of finding his identity in his childhood and how he made that experience into something that would help the youth today who are going through the same thing as he was. He also shares more about making “happiness” his middle name — bringing his fun energy to dental conventions.

Elijah Desmond, CEO of Smiles at Sea and The Dental Festival, began his career at age 15 as a motivational speaker and still speaks for kids internationally. Elijah is now known as Dentistry’s Emcee and enjoys bringing fun and energy to all dental conventions, including his own! He currently resides in South Florida with his wife and two daughters.

You may know him for his businesses, Smiles at Sea, international educational conferences on cruise ships where he focuses on two main areas, FUN and Education, or his latest Endeavor The Dental Festival, a DSO of Dental Conferences where he brings 10-20 dental conferences together at one time!
