Many of us chase career titles, money, or social status — and yet we don’t feel successful when we get those things. That’s because you can only measure success in your life when you define what drives your happiness and helps you find purpose. Today, Dr. Tarryn MacCarthy is joined once again by Dr. Alan Stern as they talk about success and what it really means. Success could mean a sense of giving back to the world and making a difference. It could mean a sense of accomplishment and career progression. It could also mean being able to do the things you love. Success is something that you have to define for yourself, and no one can do it for you.

Dr. Alan Stern works with dentists who want to create a workplace that is productive & profitable and a life that is rewarding and meaningful.

In fact, he wrote the book, Enjoy the Ride for those who want to get out from the day-to-day grind and take charge of their roadmap to a better life.

As a result of Alan's work, people often share that they have more focus, more energy, and more momentum and get the results they no longer thought were possible.

And on a personal note, Alan and Fran Stern have recommitted to a healthy life. Alan held a plank for 10-1/2 minutes on his 66th birthday, and Fran and Alan are striving for higher goals in 2023 and beyond!
