Do you have a sense that you’re lacking in some essential way? You never feel good enough, accomplished enough, attractive enough, smart enough, or whatever you believe that lack is related to. The search for positive feedback and validation in your life feels like a unicorn hunt. In this episode, Dr. Tarryn MacCarthy talks about the importance of reminding yourself that you are good enough and doing the good things you do for yourself and not for other people’s validation. Getting bogged down in feelings of inadequacy robs you of the motivation to follow your dreams. It is a lonely place to be in. But the only way to achieve self-love is to love yourself – regardless of who you are and where you stand, and even if you know you want to change.
