“A great many people think that they are thinking when they are merely rearranging their prejudices.” – William James
We all have snap judgments about ourselves and other people: it's considered a psychological norm. But what we don’t know is how much these judgments rob us of the one thing we all need more of – happiness. In today’s episode, Dr. Tarryn MacCarthy talks about how our lives are deeply impacted by how much judgment we have about ourselves and the people around us. If you find yourself caught up in a swirl of negative judgments that aren't helping, slow down, look for the positive, and let go of the prejudices holding you back from finding happiness.
