Episode 34- Side Study- The Olivet Discourse- Part 5- The Elect, The Imposters and the Lightning

The Burros continue through the Gospel accounts of the Olivet Discourse following the consideration of a Great Tribulation of the past. This week they discuss who the "elect" are and try to find any "imposters" or "false christs" that rise up in that time. They were shocked to find several named men who claimed to be the Messiah as Jerusalem was being destroyed. Then they hone in on Jesus's statement in regard to the "Son of Man" coming like "lightning from the East".
