bq.POV #61 - Day 1 of 75 Hard (flashback)

I wanted to record daily podcast episodes of 75 hard to document everything. I didn't follow through with that unfortunately, but I guess I've made up for it with these podcast episodes. Funny how things work themselves out sometimes huh? Some progress is always better than nothing. Strive to be better, not perfect.

I think this is a very valuable episode in the long term because it truly shows my day 1 and what I was thinking. My real, first, day 1. Right here in audio format. Im glad I did this. I actually have about a dozen more from 75 Hard, so maybe I'll do more flashbacks and talk about them in future shows? Who knows.
