Summary of Today’s Show:
- The following is a list of things I have done in the last 91 days.
- Completed phase 3 of live hard and my first year of live hard
- Completed 16 week cut, lost 20lbs. Did intermittent fasting.
- Recorded 4 shows in front of someone else. Huge win for me.
- Recorded show live
- Had a phone call with CEO of Neeto. Cool networking experience.
- Traveled to CO for wedding.
- Sold my ice bath.
- Intentionally broke all my streaks for food water tracking protein ice bath.
- I quit 2 of my 3 jobs.
- Made new social media, deleted 4 others, and have posted every single day since then.
- Got a calendar app for better organization and planning. It’s helpful.
- Started learning Italian. Realized I shouldn’t be spending the time doing that right now.
- Started doing reach outs on social via commenting. I got lazy with those as my focus has been the other. Actually did a test with myself. I missed a day, and said “yep, If I miss a second day in a row, I’ll fall off”. Knowing that, I intentionally skipped it. Fell 100% off. Know thy self. Lesson learned.
- Every word I’ve ever said is now being documented on a word doc. All podcasts and transcribed.
- Withdrew all money from retirement savings to invest in self education.
- I got sick as hell. I took medicine. Lol
- Discovered I’m anti retirement and that the system in society isn’t designed for me.
- Discovered my IQ is 130
- Started and paused my video podcast. Not conducive to my goals at the moment.
- I’m trying with content… it’s tough. lol.
- Focusing more on health now. Cronometer.
- Realized I have not used my time the best… There's no reason it should take me 90+ days to build a program to sell.
- Reached 1500, 2000, and 2500 streams on this show. I’m 40 away from 3000.
I got emotional on this one. I’m just proud of myself. This was hard for me to do. So much insecurity piled up. Finally conquered that fear. More reps now!
