Bridgerton Season 3 Trailer Drops, and Who the F Is Lord Debling?

The Bridgerton season 3 trailer  has dropped, and there’s minimum two, maybe three new characters revealed already, and one of them wasn’t even in the friggin’ books: Lord Debling (Sam Phillips) a Netflix creation all for Penelope’s enjoyment.
