Positioning and Attachment

This podcast is for anyone with an interest in feeding babies, whether they’re exclusively breastfeeding, chestfeeding, mixed feeding, expressing, still waiting for their baby to arrive, or thinking about stopping.

In this episode, we're looking at the importance of good attachment, and how positioning the baby well can help with that. We're ADAMANT that what the latch looks like isn't a good indicator of how effective it is, especially when the mother/parent finds it painful.
