Peter peels back the curtain into the heart, motive and passion behind a Cultivate leader. Before we can effectively share the gospel with others, our hearts must be impacted by the good news of Jesus Christ. We do not need to possess these qualities in fullness before we begin, but the desire to grow in love, compassion and understanding must be present if we want to lead others into a place of freedom. To illustrate this, we look at the Apostle Paul and his motive in ministry.
