The importance of self-love

I may consider myself lucky to have the friends I do. With most, I feel I can be real and authentic with them...have fun and be at peace! This is not luck, it likely comes from a place that I have so much love for myself, that I can be more authentic with others which makes me 'real'. When I can be real, so can others and this builds connection and love. The old me was not real and as a result, friendships came and went. This episode discusses the importance of self-love.
