1. What is the pain our prospects have?

“You can’t sell John Smith what John Smith buys, until you can see the world

through John Smith’s eyes.”  What are John Smith’s pain points?

1. Who do we serve the best? Who is our best prospect?

1. How can we create a transformation for our customers? Not simply transaction, but transformation.

1. How will our client’s lives be better/different because they did business with us?

1. What will our clients miss in their lives right now because they do not do business with us?

1. How can we create a WOW customer experience?

1. How can we innovate our work? So that our business is differentiated from every other possible option.  We are a “category Killer.”  We defy comparison.
