Author Rachel Trusty discusses her latest novel, Not Without Yesterday. It's a story told from the dual perspectives of a husband and wife who are dealing with their own demons. Not Without Yesterday addresses the idea that none of us wants to be without our yesterdays, even if those experiences aren’t anything we would have chosen for ourselves. Rachel’s inspiration was her own suffering with PTSD from serious medical experiences, and writing this book helped her seek closure through her characters’ story.
