4. Death prevented the old priests from continuing (v23)

5. The new priesthood continues permanently (v24)

6. Eternal security is based on Jesus’ permanence (v25)

d. Conclusion - 7:26-28

1. We needed a perfect priest, God gave us Jesus (v26)

2. The sacrifice of Jesus was once-and-for-all (v27)

3. The Law was weak, but the Son makes perfect (v28)
