Episode 6 - Don’t Look At The Downs Of Life, Look At The Ups Of Life

This episode was inspired by recent events in my life. This is by no way a positive all the time episode. This episode is another one of my rants but it touches upon a very important ideaolgy. Stop looking at the negative aspects of your life and think about the positives, if you do focus on the negatives then turn them into positives
