Brian McLaughlin, President of Enterprise Community Development (ECD) Inc., joined us on the show to share his journey.

Brian was the co-founder and CEO of Lantian Development, a Maryland-based private equity and development company where he built a $150 million portfolio that included more than 1.1 million square feet of office and institutional assets across 403 acres of land in the DC metro region.
