The creators are joined by an amazing guest, Sheriff Nathan Sickler.  Sheriff Sickler talks about the needs of the County, criminality, mental health and substance use, and how these all interact with each other.  Sheriff Sickler talks about the proposal for a new and modern jail and how it will benefit the community.  He also discusses the power of his marriage of 18 years and how he and his wife continue to make it work with their busy lives and having two young children.  We also take a shallow dive into his personal life of coaching Little League Baseball, Football and his music interests.
