Sophia McDermott is Australia's first ever female BJJ Black Belt, currently of the Third Degree. Sophia is a 4-time BJJ State Champion, 4-time BJJ National Champion, 4-time Pan Pacific Champion, Pan American Champion, a Gi World Champion, and No-Gi World Champion.
Sophia is the founder of Lethal Ladies, an independent BJJ association focused on female empowerment within the BJJ community, as well as a nutritionist, fitness expert, lifestyle coach, and entrepreneur.
