 The meaning of Tiwu Kumangka, is symbolising 'Return of the Yellow-Tailed Black Cockatoo' in Kaurna. 

The meaning of Tiwu means Yellow Tailed Black Cockatoo and Kumangka is coming together.  It is pronounced Tiwu = Tee-woo and Kumangka = Ga - mung - ga.
