Democrats and Republicans have come together and found a compromise to keep the government open and avoid another shutdown. Early reports say that Trump is inclined to sign it, but whether or not he does it is anyone's guess. Will he keep federal workers in limbo? Will he force another shutdown? We'll know this week!
