A wild weekend as Donald Trump, once again, took credit for the shutdown. He also says that he may declare a national emergency to get the wall built. Set aside all the logistical problems for that solution. it's just not constitutional. Will Republicans work to make something happen and reopen the government? Don't leave it up to Mitch McConnell.
