Jeff Flake demanded an FBI investigation into Brett Kavanaugh at the very last minute, which means we will have to wait another week to find out if he will make it to the Supreme Court. What a wild weekend. Will the FBI have the scope to find out the real story? Is the WH trying to limit the investigation? It certainly looks like it. Depending on what they find, it could be enough for some Senators to change their minds on Kavanaugh.
