Donald Trump Sets Up A Court Battle By Declaring a National Emergency

Congress found a compromise to keep the government open. It looks like Donald Trump WILL sign it, but he's also going to declare a national emergency to build the wall on the Southern border. Declaring an emergency is one thing, but will the courts approve of a presidential go-around of Congress? We'll just have to see.
