Can Congress Fix the Child-Separation Issue? Do They Care?

Donald Trump says that only Congress can fix the issue of child separation. He's obviously wrong, but will they get it done? It seems like it's not a priority for them.

The story took a sickening turn as we found out that there are "tender age" shelters for young children. Some of them are as young as 3 months old. Disgusting.
