Are We Heading For Another Shutdown?

Sarah Huckabee Sanders gave another rare press briefing on Monday. Among other things, she said that Donald Trump doesn't WANT another shutdown, but he certainly isn't ruling it out. Could we see another historic shutdown in a few weeks?

Acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker says the Mueller investigation is about to wrap up. It could be true, but Trumpers have been saying that for YEARS now. I wouldn't buy it.
