Marcus Brown aka the Marathon Marcus is the host of "A Runners Life" podcast. 
He has completed the 6 marathon majors and has brought his own marathon time down from 4:55 to sub 3. 
He is also one of the driving forces behind Black Trailer Runners - Black Trail Runners is a community and campaign group that seeks to increase the inclusion, participation and representation of black people in trail running.
