Bill grew up playing basketball in small town Grant, Nebraska, and he went on to play basketball for Coach K at Duke in 1982 and later transferred to the University of Nebraska following his freshman year at Duke. They discuss Bill's journey from small town basketball player to playing on the biggest stage, they look at the changes in college athletics today with the NIL and transfer portals, and Bill tells of playing against the great Michael Jordan.
