Time Appelbaum is the Owner of Fox Company Yoga located in Wildwood Missouri, a military Veteran, and a Teacher. He found yoga, like many people, to fix physical injuries from hockey, while in high school. Shortly thereafter, he started to dive deep and enjoy the mindfulness and other benefits of yoga. his practice has carried him through his time in the infantry Marines, being an elementary and early childhood educator, personal training, cage fighting, and so much more. Tim received his 200 hour from Prana Yoga under Anna Welsh and taught at Lifetime Fitness, YMCA, Detox Yoga Studios, and Revive Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. To Tim, yoga is a gift.
