Normalize the Abnormal

Learning how to live and lead in a pandemic is hard -- but there are simple things we can do to make the process a lot easier on ourselves.

In this episode I discuss easy ways to get through this by supporting your team's work and supporting your team mentally + emotionally. Simple, basic solutions in a time of crisis instead of further complicating an already complicated situation. Combine these solutions with a little bit of transparency and a whole lot of empathy and you'll end up on the right side of history when this thing is over.
